Federal and state laws require that you be informed of the cost of any services you schedule with a therapist. If you have health insurance, you should also be aware that your costs may be less if you use a therapist who is contracted as an “in-network” provider with your insurance plan.
Your total fees will depend on the number of therapy sessions you choose to utilize. The fee shall not be increased without your prior notification.
